India, citizens do not knows who "really" in RBI (setup in 1935 by the imperialists) or what formula/criteria is used to decide CRR (Cash Reserve Ratio) or currency rates (hint: LIBOR). CRR is used to expand/collapse a nation's economy and Currency rates to decide which Geographical area will have an upper hand over which other.
